The Western Avenue district covers nearly seven miles, from Wilshire Boulevard at the northern end to 36th Street at the southern end. In that space are restaurants, boutiques, salons and spas, home goods stores, markets and everything in between. Western Avenue is one of the most diverse stretches in the city.

Classen Curve is a major stop on Western Avenue. This mini district features everything from restaurants like Tucker’s Onion Burgers and RePUBlic to shops like Kendra Scott and lululemon.

Venturing out of The Curve, check out Iron Star Urban Barbeque, an OKC favorite featuring an upscale spin on Southern staples. Flip’s Wine Bar is known for delicious Italian specialties and an extensive wine list and Sushi Neko has some of OKC’s best sushi and Japanese dishes.

If you’re interested in doing some shopping, look no further than Antique Avenue, where vintage finds abound; Learning Tree, with special toys for all ages since 1985, hōm kitchen + bath and Guestroom Records, a music lover’s paradise.

Perhaps the jewel of Western Avenue, the 1940s-era Will Rogers Theatre greets visitors from miles away with its neon sign, welcoming guests for live music and upscale food and drinks at The Lobby Café and Bar.
