Originally founded as a trio in 2002, Sugarland became a duo four years later. The contemporary country act enjoyed success before becoming superstars in 2009. That year yielded them platinum status for “Love on the Inside,” a prime-time network television special called Live on the Inside (which resulted in a live album of the same name), Grammy Awards for Best Country Song and Best Country Performance and, finally, their first Christmas recording. Sugarland will be performing at WinStar World Casino’s Global Event Center on Saturday, August 3. The show starts at 8 p.m. and tickets begin at $75.
