The Daily Table menu is available during lunch from Monday through Friday. Featuring a variety of house specialties that change each day, the Daily Table is $24.50 per person and includes a non-alcoholic beverage and a dessert. You also have the option of ordering straight off the menu if you so choose.

For dinner, get ready to enjoy a signature cocktail and a succulent steak, or whatever other delicious menu item happens to be calling out to you. Because the food at Vast is cooked from scratch, the restaurant is able to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

The dress code at Vast is casual, but it does exclude ripped or torn clothing, gym wear and baseball caps.
