Sooner Theatre’s “Annie”

at Sooner Theatre

Leapin’ Lizards! One of the most beloved stories comes to life on the Sooner Theatre stage December 11-20.

With equal measures of pluck and positivity, “Annie” tells the story of the charming little orphan in 1930s New York City. Despite a next-to-nothing start, she is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls, Annie escapes on a fun-filled adventure and befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

This production will be socially distanced within Sooner Theatre to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The safety of cast members, crew, staff and audiences is the top priority.
