Located just minutes from I-35, the Oklahoma Railway Museum is a fun, outdoor attraction for locomotive lovers of all ages. Featuring freight cars, passenger cars, a real steam engine and a variety of railroad equipment and memorabilia, there's something for everyone at this free museum.
One of the museum’s most popular events of the year is A Day Out with Thomas, starring everybody's favorite tank engine. The event includes a 25-minute train ride with Thomas; an opportunity to meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway; and a variety of activities for the whole family, like arts and crafts, storytelling, live music, miniature golf and more.
Because the Oklahoma Railway Museum is an outdoor experience, it may be closed for inclement weather or whenever the temperature drops below 40 degrees, so call for current information.
