The Oklahoma Opry grew from a love of music and family and has become an important part of Oklahoma’s musical culture and history. At home in the theater in Oklahoma City’s historic Stockyards City, the Opry hosts a weekly family-friendly live music show that has been proclaimed “Oklahoma’s Official Country Music Show.” Enjoy a bit of classic western heritage with the Oklahoma Opry!

The Criterion

Situated in the heart of Bricktown, The Criterion is the latest addition to Oklahoma City’s live music scene. Designed in a classic Art Deco style, The Criterion offers a full-service bar and can seat up to 4,000 people.

American Banjo Museum
Oklahoma City, OK

One of downtown Oklahoma City's most unique treasures, the American Banjo Museum is home to the world's largest collection of publicly displayed banjos, featuring over 400 individual instruments. The 21,000-square-foot facility honors the vibrant spirit and rich history of this beloved American symbol, from its humble African roots to its heyday during the Roaring ‘20s to its current standing in bluegrass, folk and jazz music.

September through May is Philharmonic season on Adventure Road! The OKC Philharmonic presents a series of eight Classics concerts and six pairs of Pops concerts each season for orchestral fans from all over to enjoy. Holiday performances of “The Christmas Show!”, the July 3rd Independence Day concert in Oklahoma City, the July 4th concert in Yukon, OK, and the annual Labor Day concert presented at the Oklahoma City Community College have become family traditions for thousands in Central Oklahoma and beyond.

Tower Theatre

Tower Theatre has been one of the crown jewels of Oklahoma City since 1931. Over the years, people from all across the state have sat in these historic seats for the debuts of “Cleopatra,” “The Sound of Music” and other cinematic classics. Today, the space acts as a premier concert space in the Uptown 23rd District and also screens both new and vintage films. Get ready for a jam-packed event season!

UCO Jazz Lab
Edmond, OK

Styled after New Orleans jazz clubs, the UCO Jazz Lab is a world-class venue, playing host to everyone from local favorites like Horseshoe Road and Rachel Brashear to big-time acts like Karla Bonoff and the Glen Miller Orchestra. The space may be small, but the sound is anything but! Come out each week for amazing live jazz music and fresh, delicious food from neighbor Hideaway Pizza.

Armstrong Auditorium is one of the top places in Oklahoma to see world-class musicians, singers and dancers from across the globe. Top acts like Broadway legend Kelli O’Hara, the Russian National Ballet, the Berlin Philharmonic Wind Quintet and others have graced this stage, located on the Herbert W. Armstrong College campus.
